Area of responsibility
Strategic and planning:Aid in developing the international sales business plan in line with the business requirements and plan the resource allocation across the regions to ensure target achievement
Functional Core :
Develop forecast and set sales targets for the International Sales TIC.
Develop revenue / profitability budgets for the subsidiary as well as for the territory and achieve it to ensure sustained growth in business
Build strong and sustainable relationships with decision makers and influences at customer to influence their purchase decisions in favor of company
Collaborate with Sales support &after market Teams to ensure proper functioning of structure & service to customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Review and ensure minimum AR dues Collaborate with marketing team to develop & implement promotion strategies, marketing programs and campaigns for territories
Manage plan vs actual performance for all regions on decided performance parameters and support respective TICs / service engineers in meeting sales / customer satisfaction objectives for the territory Asses market trends, customer needs, new growth opportunities to provide actionable inputs to organization’s strategic planning &business plans for new products/ initiatives
Collaborate with leadership of group companies to ensure mutual growth and to identify opportunities for synergy in business Ensure recruitment and capability development of partners in markets where they are required
Continuously gather market and competition intelligence to ensure competitive tactics and long term plans / actions Internal process :
Manage escalations from large accounts/channel partners (agents) Support the International TICs in customer interactions/negotiations
Plan & ensure success of synergy sales deals for company Establish & manage KPIs to ensure organizational performance Manage leveraging the enquiry management process effectively through CRM- lead generation, management, conversion to sales to maximize sales growth
Devise Sales strategy for regional/international sales growth Develop and manage sales processes(internal/external) as well as MIS reporting – Leverage IT initiatives to ensure efficiency in territory sales operations
