For Service Engineer:-
This will be a field work at client location; Travelling extensively throughout the PAN India for Installation and commissioning.
- Looking for candidates working on packaging imported machines
- Providing the technical assistance and product education of machines to operator/Customer.
- Signing the installation & Commissioning report and submit to management
- Sending daily activity report to management
- Servicing of old machines and generation of Spares business.
- Developing long term relations with existing and search new customer for consumable spare parts business, to build the revenue of company.
- Should be capable of work with team and individual, with flexible environment.
- Sending spares quotations and converting it into Purchase order.
- Taking follow-ups for payments
- Co-ordination with customer and store person to ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock
- They have to work on improving the performance of the machine and co-ordination with design and production team.
- Submission of monthly MIS report to management.
